End-User License Agreement
The license terms for using this organization's ASK OS deployment, including QuickBooks Online integration.
Effective August 18, 2026
License grant
Subject to this agreement, the operator grants each authorized user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this ASK OS deployment solely for the organization's internal operational and financial workflows. No other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise.
Ownership
ASK OS, including its software, design, and underlying code, is the property of the operator. This agreement does not transfer any ownership, title, or intellectual property right in ASK OS to any user. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
License restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of ASK OS.
- Do not redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or provide ASK OS access to any party outside the organization.
- Do not use ASK OS for any organization or purpose other than the one for which access was granted.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, security measures, or usage limits.
QuickBooks Online authorization
Only an authorized system administrator may connect a QuickBooks Online company. By connecting, the administrator confirms that the company has authorized the integration and the use of its data for the financial functions described in the Privacy Policy. ASK OS requests read-only Accounting access; it does not request or use QuickBooks Payments, Payroll, or lending-related scopes. The connection may be revoked at any time through ASK OS or through Intuit's connected-apps management.
Third-party services and trademarks
ASK OS integrates with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Railway, and Supabase, each governed by its own terms. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks or registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. in the United States and other countries. ASK OS is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
Disclaimer of warranties
ASK OS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that ASK OS will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial data synchronized from QuickBooks Online will always be complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, ASK OS, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Term and termination
This license is effective until the operator disables a user's account or the user's authorization to use the system otherwise ends. The operator may suspend or terminate access at any time for security, reliability, legal compliance, or organizational reasons. Disconnecting QuickBooks ends this license as it applies to the QuickBooks integration and triggers the data handling described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to this agreement
The operator may update this agreement to reflect changes to ASK OS or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the operator's established support channels when practical.
